Double Pendulum chaotic sim in rust + webassembly (WIP)

## Prereqs

- Rust toolchain (`rustup`, `cargo`, `rustc`)
- Install [`wasm-pack`](https://github.com/wasm-bindgen/wasm-pack)

## Build

Package can be built using:

```bash
wasm-pack build --target web
```

Result can be viewed by hosting the directory, e.g. using:

```bash
python -m http.server 8080
```
